Ideal
Perfect for starting a pilot hole in all kinds of metals especially aluminium
I needed a centre drill as all my drills wander off centre when trying to drill a pilot hole, even if I centre dot it first.
Using these centre drills make life much easier as the holes they drill will not wander off as the drills are so hard
Definitely a must for the diy engineer

Good to keep around.
Most people who use taps will know times when the tap wrench is too close to another obstacle so you can’t turn the tap.
This set is brilliant as is let’s you use a socket set extension bar to increase the distance from tap wrench to tap to avoid nearby obstacles.
I only gave it 4 stars as it doesn’t hold the taps in the socket very well so they fall out but other than that they’re great
