I think you should be asking about reviews of ebay not products!The fact whether a person knows how to shop is not what ebay should be doing but asking what bad experiences we as the customer have had and how they can rectify things that go wrong. Dealing with things that have upset customers should be dealt with more personally not the way things are done at present. I have no trust in ebay to sort out any problems or disputes and have been duped twice on ebay and have had such impersonal contact from ebay who act as God in these matters.In todays world news travels fast and bad news even faster. Ebay makes enough money around the world to be able to sort things out,if not the advice I would give to people using is BUYER BEWARE!

This item fell to pieces the very first time i used it to check suction. I was told that this was part of the design. Rubish dont buy
This item is so sub standard it fell apart the very first time I used it as the pin that holds it together is wrong and would not pass trading standards. Stay clear...
