Digital Electronic Water Smart Flow Meter for Garden Hose Watering Irrigation

Practically perfect in every way.

This is a great little flow meter which does exactly what I wanted. It turns itself on automatically when the water starts flowing and switches itself off again after a few minutes without flow. The Clear and Reset buttons zero out the two different totals, so you can easily keep track of individual waterings, along with total water consumption over a long period of time. The connectors are the same thread pitch as standard outdoor taps, meaning that it's an easy job to fit hozelock adapters for quick connection to different hoses. This is a great unit for those that don't want to spend big money on a name-brand (i.e. Gardena) flow meter.

A good battery for the price.

My burglar alarm system started complaining about it's battery dying, so I needed to get a new one. The battery arrived in the post well packaged with no damage. When the battery arrived it measured 13.6V, so totally fully charged and definitely holding its charge well. I'm not sure what more can be said about a lead-acid battery. It was the cheapest one I could find, it works properly and holds it's charge well. Perfect for the job I needed it for.
