If you've enjoyed the story so far...
If you're a fan of the Farscape series - and you'd hardly be here otherwise - this is something of a no-brainer. By comparison with the regular episodes, it's a bit rushed in places (but then they were trying to fit about 15 hours of ideas into a three odd hour mini-series), but well worth watching if you want to know how all the various storylines finally come to a head. Yes, a full 20+ episodes would probably have been better, but beggars - and producers working on next to no budget - can't be choosers; it's this or nothing, after all...
One note of caution: you could watch Peacekeeper Wars as a stand-alone mini-series, but an awful lot of will probably be a bit baffling if you haven't seen at least some of series 1-4 first.
