Can't tell the difference from the original Nikon item

Installs easily, has soft rubber edges, just like the original. Can't tell the difference. Maybe it is an OEM item.

Astounding for the money

Works well in cls slave mode to my SB800. It is not as powerful as the SB800. I do not get consistent exposure on my Nikon D300 when using this flash alone in bounce mode, but it is a little more consistent if always adding a stop in bounce mode.
