  I give high marks for item description accuracy and completeness, communications with the seller, and the seller's use of reliable Royal Mail instead of the extremely unreliable EBAY International Shipping Service. Over the last 18 months, I have lost three pipes for which the seller used this EBAY service. Their ground transport company, Pitney-Bowes, randomly classifies some estate tobacco pipes as "illegal drug paraphernalia" and destroys them. I have gotten reimbursed but the pipes are lost.
