Proud owner of a Smoking Gun!
1 of 1 found this helpful I've been wanting the "smoking gun" for a long, long time. List price is almost 3 times more than what I eventually paid and this very same product sells for almost twice as much everywhere else I've looked. Reviews have been consistently good and I needed this one product in order to lightly smoke my cured salmon fillet for my version of lox. I've been making this cured salmon for years and now it's perfect because of my Breville Smoking Gun. it's ridiculously easy to operate and provides an abundance of smoke in just a few brief moments. After that it's merely a matter of containing both the smoke and the product for the desired length of time. In the case of my salmon, the smoke successfully infused it in just 15 to 20 minutes. I recommend this Breville smoker.
