Paul Temple and the Madison Case, Durbridge, Francis, Used; Good Book

Great mystery/thriller

These books, based on a character created for BBC radio in the 1940s, are engaging and entertaining. Unlike a lot of mysteries, the author plays fair and gives you the same clues as Paul Temple and his wife Steve, so you have a chance to solve the case. I've read a number of these stories in the series and will be donating them to our local library when I'm finished.

Nice detailing and paint job. These Oxford models are well-made and affordable. Highly-recommended.

Great Rolls Royce

This is a beautiful model with a lot of detailing, but expensive. The downside is that it is fragile - resin body with small etched metal parts and I've had to repair it once. I display mine out of the case with other models in a large cabinet. Given its fragility, if you can, display it in its original case.
