Great book
All the glowing comments about this book are true. It was very informative and entertaining. For all the details given about the people and events of that time, the book moves along at a steady pace... not mundane or boring at all. I'll enjoy it again and again.

A very good all-purpose camera
My main attraction to the Canon EOS 60D was the tilting viewfinder, essential for photography in my work. But double-pushing the shutter release button, required for focusing in that mode, causes a delay that would be inconvenient for action photos. The included EF-S 18-135 mm lens works well in most situations, but I usually use an EF-S 17-85 mm lens. This camera has plenty of features, but the easy menu settings make it useful for non-professionals like me. Long battery life per-charge is a plus. This is a big improvement over my former Canon Rebel XTi.
