Easy, healthy, taste great
It dont get no easier than this! I had a stroke and heart attack and Cheerios was was what the hospital gave me for breakfast! In these 1 oz. bowls it doesn't get any easier! ADD SOME SILK ALMOND MILK AND YOU HAVE A HEART HEALTHY BREAKFAST THAT WILL "STAY WITH YOU UNTIL LUNCH"

Good tasting and good for you
Last December I had a heart attack and a stroke, this is what the hospital served me for breakfast! Who new? My little girl ate Cherrios 50 years ago, so why didn't I eat heart healthy? In the larger sizes they are less expensive and as mother use to say "they will stay with you until lunch time"!
