Device works but not for honey
The product description is incorrect. This device is NOT suitable for honey. It is ok for wine, water , juices etc but the scale is not enough for honey. For Honey a BRIX of approx 70 is needed and this device only goes to 32Brix. In the description also the degree symbol should be used, not the % symbol.

Good copy of a bad part.
These hinges are a faithful reproduction of the original hinge and will replace broken hinges. The process will take you a couple of hours and there are videos online that you can follow.
However I believe the problem is that the original Toshiba design is faulty. If you close the laptop and a cable is inadvertently caught, the leverage effect will break the hinge and often the screw fixings in the lid. If the fixings in the lid are broken you will need a new lid, not just the hinge.
So in summary, this is an accurate copy of a poorly designed part...
