Out of date cartridge didn't work.
The product was out of date and I could'nt get it to work. I took a chance on it knowing it was out of date. I won't be buying any more out of date cartridges. When the ink works, it is a good product.

Easy setup and great price.
Worked right out of the package .Came with batteries. Really simple to program in order to use without having to point directly at tv. Exactly like my old one. Great price!
