2 of 2 found this helpful not sure as it only worked for two days after purchase.. at repair center now, which was very hard in itself to get return authorization for. no response to emails at website for repairs. called and spoke to someone in I guess in India who I couldnt understand.
Add on: Will leave orginal message up, but improved the rating, I received my unit back from service center in TX in about 10 days, and appears to be back to 100 percent... So Service turn around was not too bad, and unit is working well again...

Good coffee
1 of 1 found this helpful makes a decent cup of coffee, easy to use, it is a bit tall for under a cabinet and if yours are as low as mine you have to pull it out to fill with water and get ready, check specs if you worry about that.. easy to clean coffee holder, but water reservoir is not if it was ever needed, overall satisfied with its performance for now
