  I bought and paid for item and messaged seller to ask when could collect as it was collection only. I had no reply so messaged again. They replied to say they had given it to charity and the item was no longer available to me and they forgot to take the advert off Ebay. They said had rec'd no monies. I logged as complaint with Ebay Customer Services who cinfirmed I had paid had to message seller again. They replied with same answer as say I have not paid them so now with Ebay Cust service
