  Be aware, only 3 out of 4 screw holes line up with the 28mm f/2.8 ZM lens. While this is probably sufficient in most cases, I decided to return the flange and keep the stock configuration. The seller is exceptional, was incredibly helpful and happily took the flange in return, paying shipping and providing paid shipping label.
