Pleased with the watch as it preforms all the functions I need when training and beats all the problems I had running with a mobile phone and a heart
I have had the watch for two weeks and so far I am pleased with the garmin 45.It has all the features I need for running and cycling. It is light weight and just about the right size for my wrist. The gps and heart rate monitors seem to be accurate. I have not used all the features on the watch and am still not used to the training plan side of garmin connect, how it operates. The negative side of the product are the small print which is hard to read when running and its relation to the training plan. Apart from these niggles I am pleased with the watch
