I didn't realize how breakable this machine actually would be. I didn't know to start with and when I found out it was plastic I was worried. It then broke in the mail and there was a long a annoying refund case. If it hadn't of broken considering the features It has it should have been a good machine. The brass portafilter and the 3 way solenoid are the big features on this machine, but I would look to others such as the gaggia classic or the baby twin which both are made of metal, if you have the money and can get a good deal go for a Rancilio silvia, in some cases if buying brand new the silvia might cost the same as the baby twin new, but one the silvia, will look better and have a better build quality. If you have a good arm muscle then get a retro La Pavoni, they are built to last and then do!!! Just don't plastic espresso machines, they will break in the post and lets face it stainless steel looks better!!
