Good experience

I was a bit worried about this coming from China but service was excellent (including answering a question after I'd ordered) - it arrived well within the projected timescale. My previous keyboard had gone nuts and the laptop was pretty much useless without it - using a USB or Bluetooth keyboard allowed me to function but I had to keep moving from that to the track pad, then I'd automatically revert to the laptop keyboard and be typing rubbish. I decided I'd nothing to lose by trying a replacement (and upgrading RAM at the same time). It's working grand. Only problem is it's a bit dippy in the middle - I need to introduce some support (possibly using Sugru). To remove the original keyboard I had to remove a lot of little plugs that had been formed (I imagine) by bonding the plastic keyboard to the very thin metal (?) backing, under heat. That made it a more rigid setup than I have now. I'd have no hesitation in ordering from the supplier again.

Good home-made cappuccino

This works well, tho the switch seems to be in a slightly awkward position. Best results by frothing the heated milk then dripping the coffee through it (I use a Nespresso).
