2nd set of pens as 1st order didn’t arrive. I messaged seller and got a speedy response with pens quickly sent out. Seller apologised for me not getting my order 1st time around, I don’t believe it was the sellers fault. The blame lies with Royal Mail. Would use this seller again as they’re 100% 1st class, thank you.

Item was as described but not in any product box, was packaged and wrapped in an Ebay cardboard box, but item looks new and no damage. Dispatch time wasnt great, and took a long time to get to me, paid on the 16th feb and arrived 2nd march, this is an item claimed to be in the UK too, where it was being delivered to. I tried to contact the seller about late delivery and got NO reply what so ever, totally ignored, NOT very professional.

The item is fine - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER - I PAID ON 12th July 24 - still not received order on 6th August and SELLER IGNORES MESSAGES. EBAY HAD TO RESOLVE THE QUERY AND REFUND. I should have taken notice of other sellers feedback and not order from this seller - Order placed and no tracking or pod supplied and messages ignored - VERY POOR SELLER - AVOID THIS SELLER - They are not cheaper when you get nothing for your money - VERY RELIABLE SELLER - BE WARNED - BUY ELSEWHERE
