  Item was not delivered despite seller's notification that it was UPS delivered. Spent over an hour trying to track the location of the item through UPS. Found out seller gave wrong tracking number. Sent 3 messages to seller but no reply received. Not very happy w seller at this point and now hesitant to order anything else from Ebay.

  The product was as described, and I am satisfied. My dissatisfaction with the shipping time and seller communication was because of misinformation of delivery, when it wasn't delivered, along with a question as to what the tracking number was. I still have no idea where the glitch was. The product did arrive several days after it claimed delivery. I have no idea who the carrier was.

  The package it arrived in was pretty banged up. Not sure if it was sent out this way or damaged by shipping company. Also, item was left on door step at front of house on a busy street unattended.
