Reliable, and they really test as new
2 of 2 found this helpful GoHD sent me one of these as an upgrade for an out of stock product I had ordered. At first I was disappointed because I ordinarily prefer WD drives. However, after several months of reliable service as server storage, I purchased another. Both show virtually no use, minimal power-on cycles (i.e., they are apparently brand new as stated -- quite remarkable for the price). Rated 4 stars because one has become noisy which is a bit scary, even though testing does not reveal any errors. For the money, a bargain.

Read the book instead (American Tragedy, Theordore Drieser)
This movie is a very poor rendition of a classic American novel. It begins half-way through the book, so that the whole social commentary through early character development is lost. The movie is mostly about how pretty Taylor and Clift are, and very little about the commentary on social classes in the early 20th century that is the focus of the novel. The movie is trite. The book that it is based on is fascinating.
