  I thought I bought a KGVI 1937/47 definitive set (SG 462-475) in mint condition. When they arrived, four of the stamps were from other KGVI issues and three others were cancelled. When I complained, the seller wrote that he hadn't got the time to bother with SG numbers. He did suggest that I might return the stamps for a refund - but didn't supply his name or address. I was left with the impression that he was a careless dealer, with little concern for his customers. I will try to avoid him.
