  This item was well packaged and arrived in good time. Whilst it seemed to work OK, I couldn't get it to quite count to the highest frequency. The seller suggested I could return it for a check or replacement, but as it worked OK over the range I was interested in, I stayed with it. In any case I couldn't be sure of the integrity of my signal source at the highest frequencies. So overall I am OK with it..
