Worrying start
When I switched on this phone for the first time, everything came up in Chinese and I had no way of knowing how to change it. At this point I was waiting for a new sim, my old sim would not fit. When the new sim arrived I was relieved to find that the phone recognised it was a UK sim and opened up in English. My next panic was when I started loading things on to the phone, I downloaded a set of 13 OS maps for the UK. After 6 maps the phone was nearly full. I started wishing I had bought the 16Gb dual sim version. Next day, after thinking about this, I deleted the maps from the phone and downloaded them again, this time to the memory card - no problem getting all 13 maps on. My previous phone was an LG Optimus 4X HD so this may be an unfair comparison but this Samsung is far quicker at everything. Now I understand why people like using smartphones, my old one was so awkward and slow it was hard to use for anything other than texts or calls. So many apps work on this that did not on my LG, like FaceBook, Messenger, I-player etc. So pleased I bought this model.

Not what I was looking for!
It will seem odd, having given this 5 stars, to start by saying this is not what I wanted. We have a Hill's rotary drier which is massive, Hill's used to do a cover for it but have long since given up on covers. So, I looked for the largest I could get, this was it. My wife had to remove the side poles from the old Hills cover and make pockets for them on the sides of this. That all seems to have worked, so that's been given to her aunt and now we do it all again for ourselves. All that said, the material it's made of is excellent, tougher and thicker than the Hills cover, it has a good strong zip as well. Not quite as long as we would have liked but it is the longest so it will do and it covers the line down to the top of the wind up handle.

Very impressed
I like the fact that it runs from 240v or 12v and the leads are inbuilt, tucked away in a little box on top. I used it over a 3 day camping trip and the white whine was as cold on the last day as it was on the first. Having the wheels on one side and an extended handle on the other is useful for when it's too heavy to carry. There must be some cons but compared to the smaller one it replaced, which had none of the above advantages, it really does seem excellent. So far I'm really pleased with it.
