Might work, but caustic
This mouthwash may reduce tooth hypersensitivity, however, it is caustic to the mouth tissues. It burns unlike anything I’ve ever used and I would not recommend unless it were highly diluted. My tongue was extremely red and mouth burned for an hour after use. There is also a warning on the bottle about the possibility of kidney damage with continued use.

Valerian "night night" tea is great for sleep
This tea helped me with falling asleep when withdrawing from Lorazepam. It does have a sedative by effect when you drink the entire cup of tea. It's not the same as other teas that claim to help with sleep, like celestial "sleepy time" tea which did nothing for me. This tea actually has a mild to moderate sedating effect, not just relaxing like most other teas. Would recommend it to others. As with any herbal or botanical product, ask your health practitioner before using.
