Fishplates as required
Does the job as intended.

TIP 41 Transistor.
A transistor I have used before and these so far are up to the job. Used in low speed PWM power feed at 12volts and up to 4Amps so doesn't tax its capabilities. All OK so far.

Good value and does the job
Detection contacts on model rail point motors are notoriously difficult to clean. Eight of these used units required cleaning before reuse. In fifteen minutes all eight were ready to go.
