Not a nest, but it's a better value!
For the price I paid for this and to know it essentially does the same thing as the much more expensive versions, I couldn't be happier. It synced right up with my Google Assistant and I was able to control it with simple voice commands and use the app on my phone if I don't want to disturb anyone. Setting up the schedule was a breeze as well. I was worrying at first because I didn't see the options for emergency heat like I knew I should however reading a little more in the manual I found where you have to go into the setup and choose the different options that you want that aren't active out of the box.

Intro into smartthings
I used this as a quick start into Smartthings and quickly realized that this product should have never been made. I added 6 door sensors from xiaomi and after 2 hrs, all of them were unavailable. I added all of them again the next day, same outcome.
The link would also notify me that it had went offline multiple times a week.
I gave up and ordered an actual hub and haven't looked back. None of my door sensors have disconnected and the hub has never went offline.
