Allows me to Record Over Antenna to VHS

I remember getting these from the cable company for free back when over the air TV wet to digital. I used to have one of these converter boxes, but lost it 10+ years ago. I bought this one to hook up to an antenna and then connect to my VCR in order to record football games on VHS. WHere I live, I can pick up 40+ over the air channels so it's fun to be able to record shows off the TV like I used to do back in the 90s.
