StarTech products are very good
Use StarTech products in our work environment. Ethernet cables, DVI cables, etc. Never had problems. This cable is good quality, sheathing is tightly attached to stress reliefs, plugs have tight and firm attachments. Can't go wrong with this cable.

One of the greatest, and a must have.
Any review for this album has to be A+, unless your an Oingo Boingo fan giving one of those "long haired bands" a try. Roth's voice is spot on. Eddie hit us with riffs and fill in's that every guiarist wants to play but will never nail the same "feel" Eddie translates into his playing.Mike and Alex fill out the band, Alex being a better musician. Alex plays clean and they mix his crash symbols and bass pretty good, so you can hear the punch. The entire album kicks ass,any fan will tell you there isn't a song on here you would skip over. Each one has it's own style and energy that you get into and no song sounds alike. "Eruption" than "You Really Got Me" builds a steady energy level then switch gears with "Ain't Talkin Bout Love", be it, keeping a great presence of who they are and the sound they were hitting us with. This is also, in my opinion, one of the best B sides albums."Atomic Punk" and "On Fire", totally kick ass. Best songs they ever wrote. Very hard and songs that just blaze with guitar magnificence "Feel Your Love Tonight" doesn't rip it like the latter, but it has it's own style that you really have to listen to. Little nuances make the song, like Eddie using harmonics in his bridges, the harmonies and the gritty sound. I really like how they mixed the album, especially the echo and the discrete processing. The stereo mix is really split with Eddie being isolated to the right, I believe, and the echo from effects on the other side. You really get great spacing to hear the guitar work, it's feels more personal, you can picture standing in front of him watching him play. If you turn the balance to one side, you will hear a faint mix of Eddie with the vocals and such, and to the other, a great opportunity to discretely appreciate how good he is.

Colony Wars Vengeance
Colony Wars in general is a great series of outer space games that are not even around anymore. It always had variety and excellent gameplay for a PS1 title. The second game in the series picks up the story with you and the Navy defending against the League's attacks to rule the Galaxy and Earth. The game is noted for it's missions and dogfights and this one gives you an array of both. The first game had it's mix of missions on League frigates and battle ships as well as escort missions, while this release added planet based missions as well. You'll defend against enemy scouts, disable a platform and destroy a space repair station that is currently in progress, all within the same mission. Next you'll destroy turrets on a planet and disable the shields of generators and plant probes for the navy to target and destroy and then build turrets in space with the use of a grapple, by dragging pieces of the turret together within the time limit to defend against a surge of ships while you repair and defend a stuck Navy Cruiser. Whew! There's at least 50 possible missions to do and along the way you can upgrade your ships attributes if you earn credits for successful missions. The game has beefed up the weapon arsenal and offers a ton of different cannons that strip armor, leech armor and destroy the targets. also are torpedo secondary weapons the aid you. The game is not easy, harder than the original but fun as heck. The graphics have stepped up and the galaxy is filled with better planet and supernova graphics, particle effects of ships splintering after they explode. The series also has great sound in Dolby Surround. The explosions were always cool in this series, the way the huge frigates would light up white during it's implosion, the crackle as the ship would start to erupt and the final "BOOM" as the ships disintegrate. After trading it in years ago, I found it again to add to the original Colony Wars I always kept.
