Dr. Gott's No Flour, No Sugar Cookbook by Peter Gott M.
I like this Cookbook, it is simple and to the point. I can follow the recipes without having to buy a lot of extra things that I never buy. The recipes are very good. I have known several people that have lost a lot of weight following the directions in this cookbook. My goal is twenty five pounds. I can do it with
this book as my guide. I'm on my way already!

A little older than I thought it was. I was replacing one that the magnetic part broke. Have not used it yet but did plug it in and it seems okay.
