verdict :- This is a superb little camera !
I wanted a digital camera like this to use in the same way that I've used my small fixed lens film camera ( ROLLEI 35 ) and the results have been just as rewarding. As well as the excellent quality of photo-images the major plus points are
a) it's well-built and sturdy
b) the fixed lens is sharp
c) it's easy to use as the autofocus is accurate and quick
d) the manual capabilty is useful e.g. if you wish to emphasise details which the light sensor cannot readily detect.
The video features don't interest me ; if I want to take a video I'd use a cam-corder.
SIGMA DSLR (SD14) which I use for work and the DP2x image quality is comparable.
verdict :- This is a superb little camera !
