Everything you need and some stuff you don't.
Still don't know why the variation in the 2 head gaskets. I picked the one with more gasket material between the cylinder and rocker arms since that's where the failure happens. Had a failure to run after replacing head gasket and having the head milled at a local machine shop ($15 must do). When I adjusted the exhaust valve lash I had backed off the set screw with a nut driver. After adjustment I tightened it back by using a nut driver also. I should have used a ratchet with some torque. Adjustment became loose and exhaust valve made a a lot of clattering noise before engine quit. I used it on a B&S Intek 20HP 31P977 engine.

It Works
It seemed to start working the first day. The second day was better. By the third day I could say it absolutely was working. Most of my knee and hip pain was gone. I still get a twinge now and then but mostly it works as advertised. Even my right big toe joint is pain-free. I may cut back to every- other day to make my supply last longer.

Pros:
Easy to set up
Cons:
Image not as good as satellite, Image really not as good as OTA direct to TV. I think the quality is affected by lack of perfect grounding within the module. This allows a multi-path signal which causes a slight ghosting/blur. Same antenna connected direct to TV via same coax port is knock-your-eyes-out-beautiful HD.
Program guide (one reason I bought this module) only says "Digital Service" on several channels. I don't know if this normal for (.n) channels. If I end up keeping Dish, I'll trouble shoot with Dish support.
Summary:
Right now I'm thinking of dropping Dish partly because of the cons and mostly about billing. WIth another satellite company I could get 145 channels which more than I had originally for $10 less than I'm paying now for about 65.
