Alma Cogan sang many songs on 'Take it f...
Alma Cogan sang many songs on 'Take it from here', most never released on record. She simply sang them in front of an audience, on radio, backed by a small orchestra. The results were of a surprisingly high quality. However, because of the constraints of the programme, few of these songs even lasted 2 minutes (which is a pity). I can recommend this CD.
