Rough in too deep solution.
High quality item, 5" on long end, 3" on other, makes a good extension if your rough in was too deep!

Rough in for Kohler Worth
The brass item is a very heavy, well made piece that helps with the alignment of screws and makes it easier to screw on the handle. This is worth the money in your valve is roughed in too deep.
