  Item arrived and was not working. Seller immediately approved refund. Very responsive and easy to work with. The item was wrapped with thin paper and loosely placed into the box which was not a big deal since the item was already kind of damaged as indicated in the original post, but I would recommend better wrapping as this may have caused the damage to the product that put it completely out of commission. Bummer that it didn't work but experience was still positive anyway. Would buy again
