A great compact lightweight, easy to use and fully portable blood pressure monitor from Garmin
A compact portable blood pressure monitor from Garmin that is easy to use and records compatible results when tested against my A&D Medical blood pressure monitor.
The Garmin Index BPM can bu used to take individual blood pressure readings or automatically take groups of 3 readings (similar to when a doctor takes BPM readings). The Garmin Index BPM will also load the results directly into the Garmin Connect App, where they can be stored along with my other health readings obtained with my Garmin Watch. However it can also be used as stand alone without the need for the App, if desired.

A genuine Shimano replacement front Mech at a competitive price
A genuine Shimano Acera FD-M360-6 replacement front Mech suitable for 3 x 8 speed MTB with a 66 to 69 degree frame rake angle.
If require similar for a Hybrid cycle then opt for the FD-M360-3 variant for a 63 to 66 degree frame rake angle.
Also take into consideration the chain ring size and teeth combinations, in my case I have a 22-32-42 combination.
