Item was defective (wire broken off board - see attached photo). Seller didn’t respond to message. I managed to fix it myself, so giving neutral feedback. Would have gave negative feedback if I couldn’t fix it and seller still hasn’t responded to me. Poor communication from seller.

If only I received the message, i definitely would have responded and sent you either a replacement or a refund. Unfortunately I have had this issue of not receiving messages from buyers and sellers now for well over 2 months and Ebay have failed to rectify the issue.
