what is the problem with this mop?
1 of 1 found this helpful I have used Bona floor cleaner for years. Never had a problem. I have dark laminate floors throughout my bungalow.
This mop leaves streaks and lines everywhere. Have to keep going over the floor, even then it still leaves lines.
Don't like the plastic ridge on the handle, makes my thumb sore, probably more so because I have to keep going over and over the same area.

I would like to rate this product. If it ever arrives I will.

needs more information
Haven't tried it yet so cannot comment on the product itself.
It came with no instructions on how much to take, how often to take it,
what to take it with.
There is no use by date on this product. Altogether not very helpful
