  Sadly this Seller has No Customer Service Skills. Her Items are beautiful but sadly she has NO PERSONALITY!When I am purchasing an item from a Seller I am looking for Quality And Excellent Quality Packaging.Maybe my expectations are too high for this Seller!I am the one who is giving her my custom I did previously ask her for a blue Queen Elizabeth ll Platinum Jubilee figurine doll and she said NO too much detail and too much time involved. She is a law onto herself ! squashed item!

  This buyer got a full refund for a fault of his post worker without quibble. He wanted detailed work on a doll but wasn’t willing to pay for the time spent.
