Sense to be decent quality tv, but the internal software does not work.

I have tried and tried to get this to connect to my wireless internet, and while it says it can connect to the internet, it says it fails to download a software update (error code 003) and then forces you to start the whole process over again. This makes the tv useless as far as having any smart capabilities. So frustrating! I think this will be the last TCL or Roku I ever buy! :-(
