  I am following up on the negative review this buyer left. I instructed them to reach out to eBay as the settings on my account are “does not accept returns,” and this was out of my hands. The package was secured properly, and it only went a few miles down the road. If the item was damaged, it was damaged in transit, and the buyer could’ve submitted a claim through UPS. The buyer did not communicate with me when I offered options, and left a negative review instead of seeking a solution.
