Cut off problems

Love this product but after a few uses it decides to cut out half way through filling a cup of tea, We have to wait for a while before we try it again and the same thing happens, pours one cup fine but cuts out when we pour the next.(always happens on my husbands cup! lol) Have sent a message to manufacturers regarding this so just waiting for a response. If it wasnt for this problem we are experiencing I would highly recommend this product. Think maybe we were unlucky and got a faulty one....watch this space
