  As a frequent seller and purchaser on eBay my ratings give me credence. This was a Very bad experience. I was delivered a keyboard that was broken because the packaging was inadequate. I told the seller that i was happy to not leave an honest negative review as i believed it was a genuine mistake. The seller was very defensive and difficult to deal with. After being told my kind offer of not leaving told an honest review was threatening ive changed my mind. Seller needs to change attitude.
