Brilliant product and not just for super active people

Easy to set up but you do need a smart phone to make the most of it as most of the data and analysis is done via the app. Interesting instructions tell you to go to the website, then the website tells you to download the app... It measures sleep patterns, steps, activity, stairs climbed, calories used, heart beat etc. I love the gentle nudge it gives you if you haven’t done 250 steps in the hour (it gives you 10 mins to get up and do them). It’s not just for super fitness fanatics, it’s great for encouraging the less energetic amongst us to move a bit more. I love it.
