I don't like to leave negative feedback unless there cannot be a resolution, unfortunately that was not the case here. I purchased this appliance for spares, it being listed as for parts/not working. This lunchtime the seller has cancelled and refunded, because it smoked when plugged in - this is no issue to me as I was simply buying for parts. The seller did not message me before to advise and ask if I wished to cancel, which is customary practice. Not good on this occasion.
