  This tender was delivered very quickly and was well packaged. I made a mistake as I didn't realise that not all Hornby parts are compatible with others and I had to explain to Kevin that the tender wouldn't work on my layout. He was extremely understanding and refunded me as soon as he received the item back, which was very kind as the mistake was entirely mine. A really nice seller, who I would recommend wholeheartedly.
