Powerful, but getting into the range of the lesser but pricey cards
I bought the card when I was a little over a month into MTG to defend against a friend's artifact deck. There are plenty of other cheaper cards that can be effective but this will obviously shut an artifact deck entirely down with one card. I don't really enjoy paying 10.00 dollars for a card. I got back into this game because I'm not very good with strategy and thought it would be a fun way of learning some and I always liked playing cards and the artwork is cool. So meeting people my age who are into this game sounded like a great time and it is. But When it comes to making a competitive deck you really don't need to spend 100's of dollars to do so. But it's only been within the last month or so that I've looked into some good online resources for budget deck building as I'm not getting into this game to collect and invest money into rare expensive cards. So if your new to this game you may want to save your money if your still learning and look for a cheaper alternative for casual play. And do yourself a favor by building proxy decks with the cards you think would make for a great deck and test it as much as you can with some friends before shelling out a large sum of money. But if your into this to build a serious competitive deck this is a cheaper card than what many others go for, but will it hold it's value, who knows.
Behringer Model D Analog Synthesizer

Legendary Sound!
There are a lot of reviews that will give you the details of the sound. Many agree the build quality is great, my only addition to that is just that the VCO octave and waveform selector switches have a slight jiggle that is just a part of the design of the switch it self and not an issue with the mounting of the part on the circuit board. Other than that none of the other knobs or switches have any noticeable movement. If you’ve never heard a minimioog model D in person there is something to hearing an analog synth in person than through compressed audio sources like youtube. For the general price of about 325.00 you are getting a lot of features for an insanely low price. As long as you don’t mind not having patch memory this is a synth you’ll grow to know and always have a use for if just for the 3 oscillators to add to your other synths in a mix. I’ve only had mine a few weeks and I’m already familiar enough with the controls that I can shape my sound practically in the dark. With the history of this synth you have tons of sources for patches to recreate the classic tones of the past and plenty of sonic range to keep you coming back eager to hear what you can get out of it next. I’ve owned both digital and analog synths in the years I’ve been a synth player and while I prefer a synth to have patch memory I have enjoyed the return to an all hands on synth that once your familiar with the ins and outs of the controls really has a feel of just playing an instrument and not some maze of sub menu options that can take away from the creative spontaneity that an all hands on synth gives you. So as long as the above mentioned limitations don’t dis-sway you I don’t think there is anything you could regret about purchasing the Behringer D. If you are new to synths this is a great synth to learn on, not just for simplicity but that sound is so rewarding when you wield it to your taste and that’s the sound that has kept the original in studios since it’s release.

The champion of Underated
Quite an underrated synth imo. If your into the modular, semi-modular synth realm and you are fine with taking pictures of your presets or using the overlay to enjoy a truly unique and wholely analog synth in it's most unique classsic/modern form then consider the mininbrute. CV in/out, after touch, modulation galore, giving you so much variety of tambre for such a small package. If you don't like the limited keys it's worth getting a controller as many synths over time in rack form or desktop size will consume less space. If your not already convinced of it's sound via online demo's go listen to as many as you can. This synth covers a lot very well and what you may not get in sonic moog or roland or any other major classic analog tone you get an amazing original analog voice and not some clone that is just as rich and unique as any other. Believe me, you can get convincing classic tones out of this, but also some that no other's can quite like this one does. So given this synth usually goes fairly cheap, don't let that be a reason to put you off, if your new to synthesis this is a great synth to learn on. Full hands on control is the best way to learn and also imo the funnest way to play.
