Essential reading for anyone suffering from trauma related issues.

I'm three quarters of the way through this book, it is both a fantastic and compelling read. It gives a fascinating insight into the workings of the brain and how trauma affects those workings. It has tragic and sometimes frightening real life testimonies that have reduced me to tears at times, there are also paragraphs that are light bulb moments where you make sense of why certain things have happened or why certain behaviours are affected. It never ceases to amaze me as to how cruel human beings can be to one another and how that can leave a lasting legacy that can take years to surface. I know I'll finish this book and start it all over again as there is so much to take in. I would recommend the book to anyone who wants a better understanding of a trauma that may affect them.

All ok so far

The shower head isn't the most pretty looking of bathroom equipment but it's been pretty good so far. The water pressure flow isn't the greatest although that could be down to my water supply but it does have a decent coverage if you can place the head quite high above you. Happy with it so far.
