7 of 8 found this helpful I'm usually very sceptical about these kinds of things and wouldn't usually write a review, but I've been taking these capsules from last year (2016) and they have really helped aid my weight loss. I've went from 13st to 10st, although it has been through healthy diet and exercise also, but the capsules have helped speed it along definitely. It states you've to take alongside healthy diet and exercise, so when I'm sticking rigidly to my diet and drinking plenty of water, these capsules help me lose 0.5-1lb per day, couldn't complain about them at all.
