Not working right, won't adjust
At first I wrote a product review indicating the element worked great. But I had only verified that it heated up. It turns out that the element only works on high, or not at all.

Nonfunctional
Element heated, but the thermometer was broken. So it only operates on high. It was also blackened, as if it had been part of an oven fire.
